This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Integration Specialist - API & SaaS B2B (Demand Integrations Team) based in Brazil.
In this role, you will act as a key technical bridge between global enterprise clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of complex API-based solutions across a large-scale research technology platform. You will own high-touch technical relationships with strategic partners, leading onboarding, integration design, and ongoing optimization of data flows and APIs. The position requires deep analytical thinking and hands-on technical expertise, particularly in diagnosing and resolving API and system-level issues using logs, metrics, and observability tools. You will work closely with distributed teams across regions, translating technical complexity into clear solutions for both engineering and business stakeholders. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly influences platform performance, customer success, and integration scalability. The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on ownership and technical depth.
- Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and integration of REST APIs for global B2B clients, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption
- Design and architect custom integration workflows in collaboration with internal engineering and R&D teams
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize API performance using observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch
- Act as the primary technical escalation point between external client engineering teams and internal stakeholders
- Evaluate customer integration requirements and provide technical guidance, feasibility assessments, and optimization recommendations
- Translate system logs and metrics into actionable insights to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to API best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement of integration processes
- 4–7+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, including implementation, troubleshooting, and platform-to-platform integrations
- Proven ability to analyze logs, system metrics, and observability data to diagnose technical issues
- Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms and managing full customer integration lifecycles
- Proficiency with tools such as Postman, SQL, Git/GitHub, and Linux environments
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally
- Familiarity with software architecture concepts and API-driven systems
