  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions and long-term roadmaps.
  • Produce architecture artifacts including diagrams, design documents, and decision records.
  • Mentor engineering teams through code reviews, design reviews, and technical coaching.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong background in technical leadership or architecture roles.
  • Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing architecture, and platform limits.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale security and identity architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification required.
  • Experience leading large-scale Salesforce programs end-to-end.
  • CTA certification, MuleSoft experience, or Industry Cloud exposure is a strong plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $140,000 – $185,000
  • 100% remote work within the United States
  • Full-time W2 employment (no C2C or 1099 arrangements)
  • H1B transfer support for eligible candidates
  • Opportunity to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture initiatives
  • Exposure to multi-cloud CRM ecosystems and advanced integration patterns
  • Strong technical leadership role with strategic influence on platform direction
