Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Chief of Staff based in Romania.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of growth, operations, and strategy within a fast-scaling technology environment. In this highly impactful role, you will transform ambitious ideas into executable initiatives, scalable processes, and measurable business outcomes. Acting as a force multiplier for leadership, you will drive cross-functional projects spanning go-to-market operations, growth programs, process optimization, automation, and performance management. The role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building systems from scratch, and is motivated by delivering tangible results rather than creating plans alone. With significant autonomy and visibility, you will play a key role in shaping operational excellence and accelerating business growth across the organization.
- Translate high-level business priorities into actionable projects, systems, workflows, and repeatable operating processes.
- Build, launch, and optimize growth initiatives, customer outreach programs, and account nurturing strategies.
- Improve conversion funnels, customer journey processes, CRM workflows, and operational handoffs across teams.
- Lead projects related to brand visibility, communications, founder-led initiatives, social presence, and external engagement.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and operational cadences that drive accountability and decision-making.
- Create scalable playbooks and automation workflows that transform one-time initiatives into sustainable growth engines.
- Leverage AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and operational technologies to improve efficiency while maintaining strong human oversight.
- Identify business bottlenecks, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and ensure resources are focused on initiatives with the greatest potential impact.
- Collaborate across growth, operations, marketing, and leadership functions to align execution with business objectives.
- Continuously monitor outcomes, gather feedback, and refine systems to improve performance and scalability.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Go-to-Market Operations, Founder’s Office, or a similar strategic execution role.
- Demonstrated success building and owning workflows, dashboards, reporting systems, operational processes, and business cadences.
- Proven ability to take ambiguous business challenges and transform them into structured plans, actionable workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, project management systems, and operational software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate priorities, identify high-impact opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder management and project visibility.
- Ability to operate independently, manage shifting priorities, and maintain momentum in fast-moving environments.
- Curiosity about technology products, AI tools, automation, and emerging software trends.
- Solid understanding of business, growth, customer acquisition, messaging, and go-to-market principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, developer-focused products, technical infrastructure, or high-growth technology environments is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with API-based products, usage-based pricing models, or subscription and billing ecosystems is beneficial.
- French language proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market standards.
- Equity or stock option opportunities.
- Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere within Europe.
- Full-time permanent employment contract.
- Opportunity to collaborate with highly talented international professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Exposure to innovative technology, monetization, fintech, and AI-driven business models.
- Frequent opportunities for international travel and team collaboration.
- High levels of ownership, autonomy, and direct exposure to executive decision-making.
- Fast-paced environment focused on learning, growth, accountability, and professional development.
- Opportunity to make a visible and measurable impact on business growth and customer success.
- Inclusive and globally minded culture that values initiative, excellence, and continuous improvement.
