Sales Cloud Operations & Analytics Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Cloud Operations & Analytics Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of CRM strategy, marketing analytics, and revenue operations, driving the data infrastructure that powers smarter, faster business decisions.
You will own Salesforce Sales Cloud operations, marketing attribution frameworks, and end-to-end reporting that supports both marketing and sales performance.
The position plays a critical role in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that optimize pipeline generation and revenue impact.
You will design and maintain scalable CRM workflows, ensuring clean data architecture, accurate tracking, and seamless system integrations.
Working across multiple teams, you will enable real-time visibility into campaign performance, ROI, and conversion metrics.
This is a high-impact, hands-on analytics leadership role in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud workflows, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and campaign attribution to improve marketing and sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain CRM infrastructure, ensuring clean data architecture, scalable automation, and efficient integration across marketing technology platforms.
  • Establish and enforce data tracking standards such as UTM structures, campaign naming conventions, and tagging frameworks to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems that deliver actionable insights on pipeline, conversion rates, ROI, CPL, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage data integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing systems to ensure consistent data flow.
  • Perform data validation, enrichment, and cleansing to maintain high-quality reporting and reliable analytics.
  • Identify trends, generate insights, and support forecasting and budget allocation using advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CRM operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations within a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Campaigns, Leads, Opportunities, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Proven experience with marketing attribution models, UTM tracking, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, DemandTools, HubSpot, or similar marketing technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Salesforce certification is a plus, along with exposure to AI-driven marketing or analytics tools.
