About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast Arkansas region, including Jonesboro. This unique role combines direct B2B sales responsibilities with team leadership, making it ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on both individual achievement and coaching others.
As a Selling Sales Manager, your success will be measured by your ability to execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, develop your team, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the company’s market share and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales management and leadership.
About the responsibilities:
- Sell office equipment and office technology solutions (copiers/printers, document management, network management, VOIP, unified communications, and more) within a defined territory (Jonesboro marketplace).
- Manage and mentor up to three additional sales representatives to achieve team and individual sales goals in Northeast Arkansas.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understand business needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, with at least 1+ year of experience managing a sales team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Ability to work independently and manage sales territory
- Familiarity with the Northeast Arkansas business landscape
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce)
About the Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 - $65,000 Base Salary annually + Commission plan + Performance-based incentives

About the Schedule & Location
- Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Full-Time
- Work Location: Jonesboro, AR & surrounding Northeast Arkansas territory
