What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create an exceptional dealership experience from the moment they arrive.
- Learn about customers' travel goals, lifestyle, and camping preferences to recommend the right RV solution.
- Conduct product presentations and walkarounds showcasing Airstream trailers and other premium RV products.
- Demonstrate features, technology, towing capabilities, and ownership benefits.
- Guide customers through financing, protection products, and purchase options.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities within the CRM.
- Stay current on inventory, RV trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and previous customers to drive sales opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for customer service and relationship building.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude and work ethic.

- RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or luxury retail sales experience.
- CRM experience.
- Bilingual abilities.
