Delivery Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Manager based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to lead complex digital delivery initiatives for global clients, shaping innovative products powered by Data and AI technologies.
The role combines strategic leadership, project ownership, and hands-on collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
You will act as a key partner for clients, guiding product vision, managing delivery excellence, and driving successful outcomes.
Working with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders, you will help transform ideas into impactful solutions.
The position offers the chance to build strong client relationships and influence large-scale technology projects.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the delivery of Data and AI-driven software products, including traditional AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Own project strategy, scope, planning, risks, and execution while acting as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams.
  • Manage complex client engagements, building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and ensuring successful communication across all levels.
  • Define and communicate comprehensive project plans involving internal teams, clients, and external partners to drive alignment and effective delivery.
  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, design, testing, and business teams to maintain sustainable delivery processes.
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies and adapt approaches based on customer needs, product requirements, and evolving environments.
  • Support workshops, structured meetings, and decision-making processes to align stakeholders around enterprise goals and priorities.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to identify challenges, resolve issues, and improve delivery outcomes.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings, typically 1–3 days per month and up to 20% during key project phases such as launches or kickoffs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development environments as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, Team Lead, or Scrum Master, preferably within a client services or consulting organization.
  • Proven experience delivering custom software development projects involving Data, AI, or other advanced technologies from discovery through deployment.
  • Strong background managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including executive-level client relationships.
  • Ability to understand technical challenges across systems, communicate effectively with technical teams, and support problem-solving processes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading workshops and strategic discussions.
  • Strong combination of business understanding, user experience awareness, and software delivery expertise.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting product, development, design, or testing team members.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC, or similar are considered a plus.
  • Experience working in technology consultancies or agencies and delivering AI-focused or high-volume application projects is an advantage.
