- Own the outbound email strategy from end to end, including contact research, email creation, sequencing, reply management, and qualified meeting generation.
- Research prospective contacts deeply by understanding their work, goals, and context to create highly personalized outreach that drives genuine engagement.
- Write compelling cold emails and follow-up sequences that are concise, relevant, persuasive, and tailored to each recipient.
- Manage outreach campaigns through sales platforms, controlling targeting, messaging, timing, and performance optimization.
- Handle inbound replies professionally, identify opportunities, schedule introductory conversations, and support the transition of qualified leads to sales representatives.
- Use AI tools to improve research efficiency, writing quality, and campaign execution while maintaining accuracy and authentic personalization.
- Analyze campaign results, run experiments, optimize messaging, and collaborate with technical teams to improve outreach infrastructure and processes.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales development, business development, or a similar role where you personally managed prospect research, messaging, sequences, and replies.
- Strong writing ability with experience creating concise, persuasive communications for professional audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to research individuals and organizations to identify relevant insights that improve outreach effectiveness.
- Experience using AI tools within sales, research, or content workflows, with enthusiasm for exploring new AI-powered approaches.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality over high-volume outreach.
- Ability to independently manage a sales channel, make data-driven decisions, and take ownership of results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with significant autonomy.
