About the RoleAs an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments. You'll take time to understand each client's needs, educate them on available benefit options, answer questions, and help guide them through the enrollment process.
This is a remote, client-focused position that combines relationship building, customer service, and consultative sales. You'll work alongside experienced mentors who are committed to helping you build confidence and grow professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using video conferencing platforms
Build meaningful relationships through professional and personalized service
Educate clients about available benefit options based on their individual needs
Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information
Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
Maintain organized and accurate client records using CRM software
Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and coaching programs
Work toward individual performance goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service
No previous experience required—comprehensive training is provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized with effective time-management skills
Comfortable using a computer, video conferencing platforms, and digital tools
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or sales is a plus but not required.
