Navicore Solutions is currently seeking a Counseling Supervisor to join our Counseling Department. This is a full-time, fully remote position — and we provide all the equipment you need.

Role Description

As a Counseling Supervisor, you will directly supervise all counselors within your team, and ensure counselors are compliant with policies and procedures. This position is responsible for providing additional counseling and financial education as needed.

What to Expect:

  • Handle all supervisory functions for counselors, including conducting coaching sessions.
  • Attend meetings with other managers/supervisors & conduct meetings for team.
  • Analyze counselor performance to ensure employees are meeting performance and behavioral expectations.
  • Monitor overall needs of department and review results to ensure effectiveness.
  • Supervise all programs & services within the department.
  • Relay pertinent information to counselors and be available to answer counseling and procedural related questions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ related management experience or prior experience in Counseling Department is preferred.
  • Must be computer literate, have the ability to type at least 40 words per minute and be able to spend your day on the phone.
  • Must be NFCC and HUD Certified.
  • Must have good communication skills including writing short and long correspondences/memos and effectively speaking one on one with callers and other employees. Must have ability to speak in front of large groups.
  • Must be receptive to leadership principles and coaching and responsive to team coordinated management methods and direction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College Degree Preferred or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to show compassion while maintaining a distinct level of direction.
  • Understanding of call center and productivity requirements.
