Homes by WestBay is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to represent our award-winning communities and deliver an exceptional home-buying experience. The New Home Sales Consultant is responsible for generating sales, guiding prospective buyers through the purchasing process, and achieving established sales goals while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers in model homes and sales centers.
  • Conduct professional community and home tours, highlighting features, floor plans, upgrades, and community amenities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers through regular follow-up activities.
  • Qualify customer needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  • Guide buyers through all phases of the home-buying process from initial inquiry through closing.
  • Convert leads into sales while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of available inventory homes, floor plans, pricing, promotions, and community developments.
  • Actively cultivate referrals from Realtors, past customers, and business partners.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up communications.
  • Participate in community events, grand openings, and marketing initiatives.
  • Generate traffic through networking, outreach, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Prepare and execute purchase agreements and related sales documentation accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with lenders, construction teams, closing agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Communicate construction progress and key milestones to homebuyers.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain current knowledge of local real estate markets, competitive builders, industry trends, and financing options.
  • Analyze community performance and sales activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Present competitive advantages of Homes by WestBay products and services.
  • Deliver a best-in-class home-buying experience aligned with Homes by WestBay’s customer service standards.
  • Foster trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and construction process.
  • Represent the Homes by WestBay brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

  • Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience required; new home sales or real estate sales experience preferred.
  • Active Florida Real Estate License.
  • Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, mortgage, or related industries is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales technology platforms.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.


  • Additional Requirements

    • This is an on-site position working in a model home and will require relocation if you are not currently located in the area.
    • This is an exempt role, which may require working more than eight hours per day.
    • Being authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is a precondition of employment.
