Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Locations within: Ardmore, King of Prussia, Collegeville, and Pottstown, PA (full-time and part-time positions available).

Responsibilities of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs):

  • Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred

  • Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole

  • Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions’ team members through approved supervision activities

  • Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (CentralReach) and provider-specific sites

  • Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors

  • Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate


Qualifications

Qualifications of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

  • BCBA certification

  • Behavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants), LBA Licensure (For New Jersey Applicants)

  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Willingness to see families in the afternoon/evenings after 3pm (3-4 times/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic

  • Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat while exerting (lift, carry, push or pull) 5-10lbs. constantly, 25lbs. frequently and up to 100lbs. occasionally
