WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

  • Perform quality-control for all marketing materials with obsessive attention to detail
  • Deliver 100% accuracy in all content from features and specs to photos and branding
  • Lead go-to-market planning from developing strategy to overseeing execution
  • Proactively identify additional tools that support all levels of the sales channel
  • Initiate campaigns to drive engagement with specified products and emerging markets
  • Establish dashboards using best-practice metrics to better evaluate project results
  • Actively contribute to quarterly and annual strategy across multi-channel B2B platforms
  • Effortlessly prioritize and manage projects to consistently keep all the balls in the air
  • Bring creative energy to copyediting, photo direction and video scripting
  • Collaborate with all teams including sales, product, distributors and end users
  • Understand and enforce all company and divisional brand standards

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline required
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with 2+ years in leadership position
  • Precise and highly organized with exacting quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and direct creation of all marketing collateral
  • Experienced with monday.com or similar project management software
  • Experienced in driving growth through KPIs, data analytics and digital tools
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, ambitious leader – and hungry for growth
  • Proactive, leadership mindset; able to find solutions and make decisions
  • Player/coach – easily switch from packing a trade show crate to planning a promo
  • Passion for learning and tackling new challenges, undaunted by change and fast pace
  • Proven excellence in written, verbal and visual communication
  • Portfolio required with writing samples and project examples showing creative direction
