- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of employee compensation structures through market benchmarking, survey analysis, and proactive pay equity reviews.
- Research compensation trends, market data, and external reward practices to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with HR stakeholders throughout annual pay review cycles, providing analysis, guidance, and support to facilitate effective compensation decisions.
- Monitor competitive market developments and relevant compensation legislation, assessing their potential impact on compensation programs and organizational positioning.
- Respond to compensation and reward inquiries through HR case-management channels, providing timely, accurate, and easy-to-understand guidance.
- Contribute to incentive program design, HR frameworks, stakeholder engagement initiatives, job evaluation processes, and compensation-related projects.
- Analyze complex compensation and HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential pay equity considerations.
- Apply compensation policies and procedures consistently while providing specialist recommendations tailored to business and employee needs.
- Maintain awareness of emerging compensation technologies, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation and rewards, including job evaluation, job architecture, competitive compensation analysis, pay-for-performance programs, and pay equity analytics.
- Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, salary administration, market benchmarking, and reward program practices.
- Experience supporting annual compensation review cycles and incentive compensation processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex compensation and HR data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and compensation principles while providing credible specialist advice.
- Strong advisory and consulting skills, with the confidence to counsel HR partners, managers, and business leaders on sensitive reward matters.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building abilities across different levels of an organization.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Must reside in an Eastern or Central U.S. time zone.
- U.S. national base salary range: $95,300–$158,800 annually, with geographic differentials applicable in certain locations.
- Location-specific salary ranges may be higher in markets such as New York City, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Maryland, and other designated areas.
