POSITION SUMMARY
CooperWorks is seeking an organized and driven Project Manager to manage commercial laminate casework and countertop projects from award through production, delivery, and completion.
This position serves as the primary connection between our customers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and within scope.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage projects from award through completion.
· Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
· Serve as the primary contact for customers and general contractors.
· Coordinate submittals, approvals, schedules, production, and deliveries.
· Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics.
· Manage RFIs, revisions, change orders, and project documentation.
· Track materials, milestones, and customer deadlines.
· Identify and resolve issues before they impact cost or schedule.
· Coordinate phased production and deliveries with customer schedules.
· Support project closeout and resolution of outstanding items.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Project management experience in casework, millwork, cabinetry, countertops, construction, or manufacturing preferred.
· Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
· Commercial construction experience preferred.
