This is a strategic technical leadership opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to shape scalable enterprise CRM solutions.
You will own solution architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem, translating complex business needs into secure, high-performing technical designs.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise with enterprise-level architecture, integration, governance, and delivery leadership.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, administrators, and enterprise technology teams.
Your work will help modernize CRM capabilities, improve operational efficiency, strengthen customer engagement, and support long-term business growth.
You will also influence architecture standards, DevOps practices, data governance, and the adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities.
The environment is collaborative and transformation-focused, offering significant scope to mentor technical teams and influence enterprise technology strategy.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and custom platform capabilities.
  • Design scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing Salesforce architectures that align with business objectives and enterprise technology standards.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs, and develop implementation roadmaps.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to Salesforce administrators, developers, business analysts, integration specialists, and other technology teams.
  • Architect complex integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, ETL solutions, and event-driven architecture patterns.
  • Establish and enforce best practices covering Salesforce data modeling, security, governance, automation, release management, environment strategy, and DevOps.
  • Assess existing Salesforce architecture and recommend improvements to scalability, maintainability, reliability, and performance.
  • Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, solution assessments, and governance processes.
  • Support project estimation, planning, technical delivery, risk identification, and resolution of architecture-related issues.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with applicable data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor Salesforce platform innovation and evaluate emerging capabilities, including AI and automation, for potential alignment with business and technology priorities.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and IT leadership to ensure CRM initiatives support broader technology strategy and digital transformation objectives.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while mentoring distributed technical teams and promoting consistent architectural standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments, including 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect capacity.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, platform customization, and enterprise CRM architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce security architecture.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and ERP, marketing, customer support, and other enterprise systems.
  • Proven experience leading complex Salesforce implementations involving multiple stakeholders, distributed teams, and large user populations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, deployment practices, and environment strategies.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional technology organizations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud integration patterns, data modeling, and scalable system design.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and technical documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience with Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or progress toward CTA is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds, advanced platform capabilities, MuleSoft or comparable enterprise integration technologies is a plus.
  • Experience supporting CRM modernization, digital transformation, hybrid-cloud environments, data platforms, analytics, AI/Einstein capabilities, or customer data platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or insurance is beneficial.
  • Strong mentoring and team leadership experience, particularly across distributed or multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
Benefits:
  • 401(k) Safe Harbor plan with employer matching and immediate vesting.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Paid time off, including holidays, vacation, wellness, and personal leave.
  • Continuing education and professional training budget.
  • Office and technology budget to support effective remote or hybrid work.

  • Wellness and healthy-living budget.
  • Awards and bonus opportunities.
  • Profit-sharing plans.
  • Dedicated employee support through a personalized well-being program.
