This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista Projetos / Governança Pleno based in Brazil.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a technology professional focused on project management and IT governance.
You will play a central role in tracking technology initiatives and ensuring projects progress according to agreed priorities and timelines.
The position involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and external suppliers.
You will monitor schedules, deliverables, indicators, and project status while identifying obstacles and helping teams resolve them.
The role combines structured project governance with a hands-on, proactive approach to execution.
You will work in a dynamic environment that values autonomy, clear communication, organization, and a strong sense of urgency.
Your contribution will be key to increasing visibility, accountability, and efficiency across technology projects.
- Monitor technology projects and governance activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables, priorities, and milestones remain visible and under control.
- Track project status, indicators, dashboards, risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions, providing clear updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as an interface between business areas, technology teams, developers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate alignment and information flow.
- Follow up proactively on pending activities, identifying blockers, coordinating actions, and helping teams move demands forward.
- Support project planning and execution using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, adapting governance practices to the needs of each initiative.
- Manage project and demand information through appropriate management tools, preferably ServiceNow, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance indicators to provide visibility into project progress and governance.
- Apply generative AI tools to improve productivity, organization, analysis, and day-to-day project management activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in project governance processes, workflows, and stakeholder communication.
- Previous experience working with technology projects and/or IT governance, preferably in environments involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience monitoring projects, schedules, deliverables, KPIs, indicators, and status reporting.
- Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies and an understanding of how to apply them in project environments.
- Experience with project and demand management tools, with ServiceNow preferred.
- Knowledge of dashboards and performance indicators, with the ability to organize and communicate project information clearly.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to productivity and professional workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business teams, developers, IT professionals, and external suppliers.
- Proactive, dynamic, organized, and hands-on approach, with the autonomy to follow up, challenge, coordinate, and unblock activities.
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Knowledge or exposure to Jira, SAP, POS/point-of-sale systems, store operations, middleware, APIs, systems integration, data lakes, and cloud technologies is considered a plus.
