Job Description
Hometown Insulation is seeking a Bilingual Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards. This is a hands-on field position focused on jobsite quality, safety compliance, construction practices, documentation, and employee training.
The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with 5+ years of insulation industry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of attics, basements, new construction, remodels, and existing construction.
- Assist and support crews on jobsites to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently.
- Train new employees on proper jobsite procedures and expectations.
- Conduct pre-job and onsite safety audits and address potential safety concerns.
- Assist crews with scaffolding, decking, safety rails, and other required safety equipment.
- Ensure crews follow required safety procedures.
- Document red tags and jobsite issues and coordinate or complete necessary corrections.
- Follow up to ensure issues are properly resolved and documented.
- Deliver materials to jobsites when needed and ensure crews have the materials required to complete the job.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the insulation industry
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working hands-on in the field
- Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal

Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some Saturdays required as needed
