This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cosourcing | Pessoa Desenvolvedora ERP Pleno (Sapiens) based in Brazil.
In this role, you will contribute to the stability, evolution, and performance of a critical ERP environment used in large-scale business operations. You will work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure the ERP Sapiens system runs efficiently, supporting both corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities. The position involves hands-on development using LSP and PL/SQL, as well as database optimization and integration across multiple systems. You will also play a key role in ensuring data integrity and supporting business-driven improvements. The environment is highly collaborative, combining technical depth with direct interaction with business stakeholders. - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues related to ERP Sapiens, ensuring operational continuity and stability.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve routines, reports, and customizations using LSP, supporting both corrective and enhancement demands.
- Build and optimize SQL and PL/SQL procedures in Oracle environments to ensure performance and data integrity.
- Support system integrations between ERP and external platforms (APIs, portals, and other systems), ensuring reliable data flow.
- Participate in business requirement analysis, translating needs into technical solutions aligned with ERP architecture.
- Contribute to testing, validation, documentation, and knowledge sharing to maintain governance and system quality standards.
- Proven experience with ERP Sapiens (Senior Sistemas), including maintenance and customization of legacy ERP environments.
- Strong knowledge of LSP development and Oracle databases, including advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Experience supporting system integrations and working with APIs or similar integration frameworks is a plus.
- Understanding of business processes such as industrial, commercial, and financial flows.
- Experience working in ITSM environments (incident, problem, and change management processes).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into solutions.
