This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in United States.

This role sits at the core of a high-growth platform business focused on transforming how modern shipping infrastructure is built and scaled across global carrier ecosystems. You will own the strategy and execution for a critical product area that connects major carriers and logistics partners through a developer-friendly API platform. The position blends product leadership, technical depth, and commercial ownership, requiring someone who can translate complex market dynamics into scalable product solutions. You will work across engineering, partnerships, and go-to-market teams to shape roadmap priorities and drive measurable business impact. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply data-driven, with a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence. This is a high-ownership role where your decisions directly influence revenue growth, platform performance, and customer experience at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex carrier ecosystem, balancing customer needs, partner requirements, and business objectives.
  • Lead development of API-based platform capabilities and carrier integrations that improve scalability, reliability, and customer adoption across the shipping network.
  • Own strategic relationships with key carrier partners and ensure product initiatives create mutual value and support long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth, monetization, and product expansion.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to prioritize, design, and deliver platform enhancements aligned with measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, finance, and customer success teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution and product adoption.
  • Define and track key performance metrics across carrier performance, revenue growth, platform usage, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, platform products, or partnership-driven technical roles.
  • Strong experience working with APIs, platform ecosystems, logistics, shipping, eCommerce, or marketplace-based products.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience managing external partnerships and building relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
  • Ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable product strategy and execution plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
  • Nice to have experience in pricing, monetization, or carrier/logistics partnerships.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Flexible work schedule with remote-friendly arrangements and paid time off.
  • Monthly work-from-home stipend.
  • Opportunity to work on a high-scale platform powering millions of shipments daily.
  • Strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Significant career growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling technology environment.
  • Exposure to strategic carrier partnerships and global logistics ecosystems.
