This role sits at the heart of enterprise business systems leadership, driving the performance, reliability, and evolution of critical applications that power core business operations. You will lead a distributed team responsible for managing and enhancing platforms such as CRM, ERP, and business intelligence systems, ensuring they scale effectively with business growth. The position combines people leadership, Agile delivery ownership, and technical oversight across integrated application ecosystems. You will play a key role in shaping delivery excellence, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Working closely with global stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into scalable application solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role where operational discipline meets continuous innovation in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
In this role, you will lead a global-facing business applications team, ensuring smooth delivery of enhancements, operational support, and system reliability across key enterprise platforms.
- Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of application administrators and developers working across business systems and BI platforms.
- Oversee Agile delivery cycles, ensuring effective sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement in collaboration with product owners.
- Manage enterprise applications including CRM, ERP, BI tools, and system integrations, ensuring stability, scalability, and security compliance.
- Define and track delivery and operational KPIs such as velocity, sprint predictability, defect rates, and system performance metrics.
- Act as escalation point for complex application and delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with SDLC standards and enterprise governance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, automation, and team productivity.
This role requires strong experience in business applications management, Agile delivery leadership, and team development in a global or distributed environment.
- 5+ years of experience in business applications, enterprise systems, or related technology domains.
- Proven experience managing Agile teams with sprint-based delivery models and release management practices.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, BI tools, and integration ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, application governance, and operational support processes.
- Demonstrated people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams.
- Experience working with metrics-driven delivery environments and operational KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
