About the Role
CivilityMS is seeking a Program Analyst to support financial management operations, reporting activities, workload analysis, and program support functions for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
This position provides analytical and operational support to Government leadership through the collection, organization, analysis, and reporting of program information. The Program Analyst assists with tracking performance metrics, evaluating operational processes, preparing management reports, conducting research, and supporting initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness across financial management operations.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize and communicate information in a clear and meaningful manner. Successful candidates will be comfortable working with data, reports, spreadsheets, and management information while supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting program management, business operations, financial operations, management analysis, reporting, or related functions
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting operational or financial information
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams in a professional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and management summaries
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Federal Government operations
• Experience supporting DHS, CBP, Treasury, USDA, or other Federal agencies
• Experience supporting financial management, accounting, payroll, travel, revenue operations, or budget activities
• Experience performing workload analysis, performance measurement, or process improvement activities
• Experience preparing executive-level reports, briefings, and management presentations
• Experience utilizing Access, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), or similar analytical tools
• Experience supporting internal controls reviews, audit readiness activities, or management studies
Responsibilities
• Collect, organize, analyze, and report program and operational information
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and management summaries
• Support workload analysis, performance monitoring, and operational reporting activities
• Research issues, identify trends, and provide recommendations that improve operational efficiency
• Assist with development and maintenance of performance metrics and reporting tools
• Support management studies, process improvement initiatives, and special projects
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders to gather information and reporting requirements
• Assist with preparing executive-level briefings, reports, and decision-support materials
• Support quality control, documentation, and process standardization efforts
• Maintain records, data files, and supporting documentation in accordance with established procedures
• Perform other related analytical and program support duties as assigned
Security Requirements
Ability to successfully obtain and maintain DHS suitability and all required CBP background investigation requirements.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
