This role is focused on designing, building, and maintaining data-driven solutions that support analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise data platforms. You will act as a key contributor in translating business and technical requirements into scalable data architectures, ensuring high-quality delivery across ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and analytical systems. Working closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams, you will help shape robust data models and reporting solutions that drive strategic decision-making. The position involves hands-on development, participation in agile ceremonies, and continuous collaboration to refine and deliver backlog items. You will also contribute to improving data quality, governance, and performance across multiple data domains. • Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Data/Software Architects to define data and software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain technical artifacts such as data models, flows, diagrams, and system integrations aligned with project needs.
• Build and maintain data solutions including ETL processes, data warehouses, data marts, BI dashboards, analytical databases, and reporting systems.
• Develop and support solutions across areas such as Big Data, Analytics, Data Quality, MDM, and BI platforms.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure alignment between technical implementations and business requirements through continuous validation and collaboration.
• Provide guidance and technical support to team members regarding data solutions and system architecture.
• Identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities, proactively communicating them to ensure delivery efficiency.

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience), with additional postgraduate studies in IT being a plus.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or software development roles focused on data solutions.
• Experience working with ETL processes, data warehousing (DW/DM), BI tools, and analytical data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data structures, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Big Data ecosystems, data quality practices, and MDM concepts is a plus.
• Experience working in agile environments and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
• Certifications such as CSD (Certified Scrum Developer) or PSD (Professional Scrum Developer) are desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
