Executive Assistant – CVI – Independent Living at Hartsfield Village (Powers Health)

SCHEDULE:

Full-time – Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Provides personal administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director, VP of Post-Acute Services to ensure the office of the executive runs smoothly. Enhances executive’s effectiveness by providing management support, representing the executive to others. Responsible for supporting Post-Acute Care Services, including Hartsfield Village and Powers Home Health.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
• Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills, verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
• Exceptional interpersonal skills. Friendly and professional demeanor
• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree an advantage
