  • Identify risks, blockers, and operational challenges early, facilitating effective solutions and escalation when necessary.
  • Promote team efficiency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous process improvement throughout project execution.
  • Translate complex technical concepts and business requirements into clear communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience overseeing complex technical projects involving websites, web applications, mobile applications, or digital products.
  • At least 3 years of client-facing experience within a web development, mobile development, or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, digital product delivery processes, and agile project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, particularly Jira.
  • Solid understanding of technical website, web application, and mobile application development processes.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, financial tracking, and resource planning.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to drive accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, developers, designers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in web or mobile development, business analysis, quality assurance, or user acceptance testing is considered an asset.
