This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Implementation Success Partner- Surgical Growth based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare transformation, enterprise implementation, and executive client strategy, focused on deploying advanced perioperative solutions across complex hospital systems. You will lead high-impact, multi-site implementations that directly influence surgical operations, patient flow, and hospital efficiency at scale. Acting as both a strategic advisor and delivery owner, you will guide healthcare executives, surgeons, and operational leaders through sophisticated deployments. The work blends deep healthcare domain expertise, technical fluency, and strong stakeholder leadership in highly regulated environments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across data, product, and engineering to ensure successful adoption and measurable clinical and operational outcomes. This is a high-autonomy role where foresight, precision, and executive presence are essential.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise perioperative solutions across multiple hospital sites and service lines, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales during pre-sale and scoping phases to define feasibility, set expectations, and shape implementation strategy for complex healthcare deployments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, including perioperative leadership and C-suite executives, guiding strategic decisions around adoption, workflow design, and operational improvement.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Data Engineers, Product, and Client Success to ensure seamless delivery and value realization.
  • Identify risks early, design mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth implementation and sustained adoption across clinical environments.
  • Leverage analytics dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement and reinforcement strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within enterprise SaaS, healthcare consulting, or health system environments.
  • Strong background working with hospital systems, including experience with large-scale healthcare implementations such as EHR or clinical workflow systems.
  • Deep understanding of perioperative operations, healthcare workflows, and hospital metrics, with the ability to engage credibly with clinical and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and deliver complex enterprise deployments.
  • Fluency with healthcare systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR platforms, including understanding of integrations and workflow implications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using dashboards, reporting tools, and structured data analysis to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence, with proven ability to influence senior leadership in complex environments.
  • Willingness to travel 25–35% as required for client engagements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based compensation
  • Equity and long-term incentive opportunities
  • Open paid time off and paid parental leave
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Wellness, technology, and professional development stipends
  • Employee referral bonuses and additional recognition programs
  • Remote-first flexibility with travel support for client engagements
  • Retirement and financial planning support options
