Job Description

Position Summary:

The Admissions Representative is responsible for recruiting, qualifying and enrolling new students into programs. They are accountable for ensuring that recruitment and admissions functions are carried out in accordance with established goals and objectives by following up on inquiries, interviewing, evaluating and coordinating campus tours for prospective students.

Essential Functions

  • Work as part of the Admissions Team to achieve enrollment targets
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner
  • Communicate with prospective students via CRM
  • Answer lead calls
  • Book appointments for prospective students to interview with Admissions Representatives
  • Enter, update and maintain records within the college’s CRM
  • Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings to discuss targets, goals and strategies
  • Follow all lead management policies to completion
  • Work professionally in a team environment
  • Other duties as requested by the VP of Admissions and Marketing

Position Requirements:

Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: This position requires a minimum formal education of a High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of two years related experience in recruitment, admissions or sales environment.
