Your doctoral training gives you something rare: the diagnostic depth, complex case conceptualization skills, and clinical authority to elevate the quality of care across the entire team. You will bring that to your supervisees, to our intake process, and to the clinical conversations that shape how we work.

You will carry a smaller therapy caseload than our master's-level supervisors, with additional scope in intake assessments and treatment plan oversight — work that draws directly on your doctoral expertise. And you will supervise a pod of associate therapists with the same warmth, rigor, and brave reflection that define Zeeva.

You will join a team of Clinical Supervisors committed to collective learning, shared standards, and ongoing evolution — and you will besuch a valuable voice in that room.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• A clinical caseload (~15 therapy sessions per week), staying present, grounded, and clinically sharp
• Intake assessments and treatment plan oversight and update sessions, supporting clinical quality across the team
• Leadership and oversight of 6 associate therapists (supervising licensed therapists is an optional add-on for additional pay)
• Clinical quality oversight across case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation, risk mitigation, and evidence-based interventions
• Co-signing documentation for associate therapists
• Crisis availability for your supervisees (this is very seldom, but it definitely does happen)
• Coaching, mentoring, goal setting, performance evaluations, and improvement plans when needed — always delivered with clarity and care
• Licensure hour tracking and scope of practice compliance for associate therapists per BBS standards
• Modeling Zeeva's values and clinical standards, not as ideals to aspire to, but as a living daily practice
• Active participation in clinical supervisor team collaboration, collective learning, in-person team events, and organizational growth planning

REQUIREMENTS

• Active California licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) — required
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person clinical practice
• Strong diagnostic skills: complex differential diagnosis, DSM-5 expertise, and medical necessity documentation
• Experience in behavioral health or psychotherapy settings
• Training and/or certification in evidence-based practices
• Strong documentation standards and working knowledge of HIPAA and California ethical and legal requirements
• Review and co-signature of clinical documentation per BBS, insurance, and organizational requirements (our documentation is streamlined and clinician-friendly, and we utilize AI-assisted QA and note review to make the process even easier)
• Ready to lead with clinical rigor, honest open feedback, and genuine human connection

COMPENSATION

We believe in transparency and in honoring exactly where you are.

Clinical Supervisor (PsyD/PhD): $135,000 base. Your scope includes psychotherapy sessions, intake assessments, treatment plan , and supervision of 6 associate therapists. This is a full, meaningful, and complete role.

Want more reach? The path is there. For those energized by expanded impact, there is an opportunity to supervise up to 4 licensed therapists (10 clinicians total maximum) and grow your clinical scope, with compensation scaling up to $172,000 and beyond. This is entirely optional and your choice.

Onboarding & Training Pay: We invest in your success from day one. During training and onboarding, hours are compensated based on the type of work:

• Clinical hours (client sessions, intakes, facilitating BBS supervision): $85/hour
• Admin hours (shadowing, trainings, meetings): $30/hour

Lead Clinical Supervisor. For those called to organizational leadership, program development, and high-level team strategy, a Lead career path exists with a different scope, different compensation, and something we can build together when the time is right.
