Job Description

GlassPoint helps heavy industry decarbonize by replacing fuel-based steam with solar thermal heat. This reduces energy costs and improves long-term energy security. We’re a proven technology, already operating some of the world’s largest solar steam projects across sun-belt regions in oil and gas, metals, and mining.


As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support the execution of GlassPoint's marketing strategy across digital channels, executive thought leadership, content marketing, and demand generation.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role focuses on content creation, social media management, digital campaigns, CRM marketing, and performance analytics. You will play a key role in strengthening GlassPoint's brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and supporting business growth across global markets.

What you’ll do

Content & Social Media

  • Own the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Write, schedule, publish, and optimize content aligned with GlassPoint's brand and messaging
  • Monitor channel performance and audience engagement
  • Coordinate with external creative agencies and partners to develop high-quality marketing assets
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand standards across all channels

Executive Thought Leadership

  • Own and manage the CEO LinkedIn thought leadership program
  • Draft, edit, publish, and optimize executive content
  • Develop and maintain a compelling executive voice aligned with GlassPoint's positioning
  • Monitor industry developments and identify timely content opportunities

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Manage audience targeting, campaign optimization, budget tracking, and reporting
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on lead generation and demand generation activities

Newsletter & CRM Marketing

  • Build and manage newsletters for customer, partner, and investor audiences
  • Own HubSpot administration, audience segmentation, and email marketing activities
  • Develop and optimize email campaigns, workflows, and reporting
  • Track performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on performance across digital marketing channels
  • Track key KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and cost-per-lead
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support continuous improvement through testing, optimization, and reporting

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills
  • Proven experience managing social media channels and content calendars
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign management
  • Experience with executive thought leadership programs and LinkedIn content
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign performance tracking
  • Experience using HubSpot and digital marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and editorial quality
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial, mining, manufacturing, or other technical B2B sectors
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales environments
  • Experience working with external agencies and creative partners
