Experience coordinating system implementations, managing upgrades and go-lives, leading committees, and overseeing application integrations or interfaces.
Strong leadership, project management, and change management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, mentor support teams, and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly, facilitate discussions, and build productive relationships across HR, Finance, and IT.
A collaborative, customer-focused mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
