Factory Management Positions

Our Factory Management Crew are responsible for all operation, repair, and maintenance of the factory, production, personnel management, and product quality control, etc. Additionally, they are responsible for the vessel food safety program.

Our Factory Management Crew team is made up of multiple personnel onboard as follows:

• Factory Manager: Oversees all factory operations to produce product. Includes all quality specifications, safety, and personnel management. Pay is based upon experience, qualifications and performance.
• Factory Foreman: Works with Factory Manager in coordinating and executing daily factory operations.
• Surimi Tech: Responsible for maintaining surimi quality and production.
• Surimi QC: Monitors and tests the quality of surimi and provides feedback to Surimi Tech and Factory Manager.
• Fillet QC: Monitors the quality of fillet product and provides feedback to the Factory Manager.
  
• Factory Engineer: Monitor and maintain proper functioning of all factory equipment.
