• Collaborate with business and sales teams during technical discovery sessions, helping shape proposals and solutions for prospective clients.
• Mentor developers and technical leads through knowledge sharing, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and introduce valuable innovations to improve engineering processes.

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in full-stack application development.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade applications across frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability principles, and technical decision-making for complex projects.
• Experience using Generative AI tools in software development workflows, with the ability to evaluate their impact on engineering quality.
• Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and promoting engineering best practices.
• Previous experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams in technical discussions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English for collaboration with international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
