GableStone is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Account Manager to support our Lowe's Countertop Program throughout the Charlotte market.
This is more than a sales position—it's an opportunity to build strong partnerships with Lowe's store teams, guide customers through their countertop projects, and help grow a new manufacturing operation backed by one of the nation's largest flooring and interior products companies.

What You'll Do- Visit assigned Lowe's stores throughout the Charlotte area.
- Build relationships with store managers, kitchen designers, and sales associates.
- Support customers throughout their countertop project from order to installation.
- Review orders for accuracy and coordinate with internal teams.
- Follow up on customer leads and help increase sales.
- Conduct product knowledge training and Lunch & Learns for Lowe's associates.
- Ensure showroom displays, signage, and merchandising remain current and professional.
- Partner closely with Project Coordinators and Installation Managers to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and priorities independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:
- Countertops
- Cabinets
- Flooring
- Kitchen & Bath
- Building Materials
- Construction
- Home Improvement Retail
- Territory Sales
- Account Management
Experience working with Lowe's, Home Depot, builders, or installed sales programs is a plus.
