The Patient Services Representative plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients within healthcare settings such as physician offices and hospitals. This position is responsible for managing patient registration and billing processes accurately and efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their medical insurance and billing inquiries. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to handle sensitive patient information and medical terminology correctly, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. By facilitating clear communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, the Patient Services Representative helps to streamline administrative workflows and support the overall delivery of quality care. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with patient registration and billing in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
