| Position Summary: | Insures a proper and orderly flow of procuring, receiving and processing all supplies so needed items are on hand as required according to menus including cycle menus and special events. Keep and maintain orderly and clean storerooms, coolers, freezers and all other assigned areas. Ensures proper receiving, storing and rotation of products. Ensures the security of storage areas as well as taking and calculating accurate inventories at month end or as assigned. Work independently both within unit as well as out. Transport items between units and assigned off campus areas in a timely manner. |

| Preferred Qualifications: | While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: *Prior successful experience with food items and warehousing techniques desirable. |
| Special Instructions to Applicants: | Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The University does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position. 35 HOURS/WEEK. Primary shift could be 6:15am- 1:45pm, Monday - Friday. Must be able to work occasional weekends and holidays based on operational needs. |
