The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for leading product delivery across cloud and platform teams, ensuring alignment between technical execution, business objectives, and operational excellence. The role requires strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve product management processes.

• Own and manage product backlogs for one or more engineering teams, translating strategic goals into clear epics, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to enterprise roadmap planning by collaborating with product leaders, engineering teams, security stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
• Apply agile methodologies and act as a servant leader, supporting teams through ceremonies, workshops, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective delivery practices.
• Use AI-powered analytics and productivity tools to improve backlog management, documentation, reporting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Analyze engineering metrics, delivery trends, risks, and dependencies to support prioritization and operational improvements.
• Partner with technical teams to identify automation opportunities, optimize workflows, and improve engineering efficiency.
• Communicate product insights, recommendations, and progress updates effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Champion the adoption of modern product management practices, collaboration tools, and responsible AI usage within distributed teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing technical products in agile environments, with strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with cloud, engineering processes, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.

• 2+ years of experience leading platform or engineering teams through successful product delivery in agile environments.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, documentation, reporting, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and automation opportunities that improve business outcomes.
• Experience using data, analytics, and performance metrics to support prioritization and product decisions.
• Proven ability to measure, analyze, and report software engineering KPIs.
• Experience working with global and distributed engineering teams, especially across India, North America, and/or Europe.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product ownership practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira and Aha! is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI productivity and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, or similar solutions.
• Experience training engineering teams on software development lifecycle practices is a plus.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master are desirable.
