SUP Noodle Bar in Buena Park is hiring part-time Front-of-House General Staff to join our team. This position supports different areas of the restaurant, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining the dining area, and helping provide an organized and welcoming guest experience.

The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and willing to support the team wherever needed.

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Answer questions about the menu and assist guests with their selections.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Process guest payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Prepare tables and dining areas before and during service.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and other front-of-house areas.
• Refill beverages, condiments, utensils, and other guest-service supplies.
• Assist with takeout and delivery orders as needed.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, managers, and other team members.
• Follow restaurant procedures, food-safety practices, and sanitation standards.
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side-work duties.
• Support other front-of-house responsibilities based on operational needs.

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout the scheduled shift.
• Ability to safely carry trays, dishes, and restaurant supplies.
• Willingness to learn and assist in multiple front-of-house areas.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food Handler Card certification is required. Paid training will be provided if needed.
