Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i), focused on software development and systems engineering for intelligence and combat systems, is looking for a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lead with 10+ years of experience to join our SIGINT team. Position Summary:

The Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lead will support a Department of the Navy (DON) program by establishing, managing, and overseeing all test and evaluation activities across the program. The ideal candidate will have experience with DON T&E standards, processes, and documentation, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported NAVWAR PMW 120 in a T&E role. The T&E Lead will work closely with Capability Leads, program leadership, and technical teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and effective test practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain test and evaluation processes, standards, and methodologies to be used consistently across the program.

  • Collaborate with Capability Leads to ensure T&E best practices are followed, including the coordination and management of hardware assets and human test resources.

  • Create, maintain, and deliver a comprehensive test and evaluation schedule; provide weekly updates and briefings to senior leadership.

  • Develop and maintain standardized T&E document templates, including Test Plans, Test Reports, Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and other required artifacts.

  • Ensure all testing activities align with DON policies, applicable standards, and program requirements.

  • Oversee the preparation and execution of test events, including planning, coordination, data collection, and reporting.

  • Identify risks associated with test activities and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Support program reviews, stakeholder engagements, and technical meetings as the T&E subject matter expert.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

  • Ten or more (10+) years of experience in Software or Systems Test experience, preferably within a DoD environment.

  • Demonstrated experience applying DON test and evaluation standards, processes, and frameworks.

  • Experience planning, executing, and reporting on complex system-level testing activities in a defense or government environment.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present schedules and technical information to senior leadership.

  • Experience developing T&E documentation such as Test Plans, Test Reports, and TRRs.

  • Applicant must able have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI eligibility.

  • Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting NAVWAR PMW 120 in a Test and Evaluation role.

  • Familiarity with Navy systems engineering, acquisition processes, and T&E lifecycle activities.

  • Experience managing both hardware and human test resources within a distributed program environment.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $185,000 To $200,000 Annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

  • Regular communication (hearing/speaking).

  • Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.

  • Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).

  • Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds.

  • Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
