This role is focused on driving new customer acquisition and expanding revenue within a defined territory through structured, desk-based sales engagement. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—using a consultative and data-driven approach. Operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment, you will connect with prospects primarily through digital channels, calls, and virtual meetings. The role blends strategic account development with high-volume outbound activity to generate pipeline and close deals. You will manage the full sales cycle, ensuring consistent pipeline development, opportunity progression, and revenue attainment while maintaining strong customer engagement.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, social media, and campaigns to identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, meeting monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Deliver consultative and transactional sales conversations that clearly articulate value and drive customer decisions.
  • Build and maintain accurate account plans, pipeline updates, and sales activity tracking in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Prepare for and lead structured customer interactions, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leverage sales resources to improve customer outcomes and deal execution.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to team performance through best-practice sharing and leadership behaviors.
Requirements

This position requires strong sales experience with a proven ability to develop new business in a structured, target-driven environment. You should be comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities and maintaining disciplined sales execution. Strong communication, organization, and resilience are key to success in this role.

  • 4+ years of sales experience, including inside or desk-based sales environments.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and expanding territory revenue.
  • Experience selling technology, services, or telecom-related solutions preferred.
  • Strong prospecting skills across cold calling, email outreach, and digital engagement channels.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong accountability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining individual ownership of targets.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and sales compensation structure.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Life insurance, disability coverage, and additional voluntary benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company participation options.
  • Flexible remote work structure within the United States.
  • Access to training programs, onboarding support, and continuous sales development.
  • Career growth opportunities within a large-scale, performance-driven sales organization.
  • Employee wellbeing programs supporting physical, emotional, and financial health.
