It’s an excellent opportunity to apply deep technical knowledge while supporting meaningful national-level initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support enterprise IT governance, modernization programs, and strategic operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders to align enterprise IT activities with organizational objectives and mission priorities.
  • Support governance activities, planning discussions, technical reviews, and operational coordination across enterprise-scale environments.
  • Analyze enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and operational requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
  • Develop and contribute to technical documentation, executive briefings, operational reports, and governance materials.
  • Offer recommendations on IT standards, best practices, system optimization, and operational efficiency enhancements.
  • Assist in coordinating technical and business teams to ensure successful execution of enterprise IT initiatives and ongoing operational support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by supporting modernization strategies and enterprise transformation activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Information Technology environments.
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting enterprise-scale IT initiatives, governance programs, or modernization efforts.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations, governance frameworks, and strategic technology planning.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience supporting federal government environments, enterprise architecture programs, or large-scale modernization initiatives is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, cloud technologies, and operational best practices is preferred.
  • Ability to develop technical reports, governance documentation, and executive-level presentations.
  • Willingness to undergo a government-issued background investigation process.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and expertise.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision healthcare coverage.
  • Flexible paid time off and federal holidays.
  • Remote work flexibility supporting work-life balance.
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development support.
  • Wellness stipends and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful federal and national security-related projects.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and mission-driven work culture that values innovation, adaptability, and continuous growth.
  • Strong support for veterans, cleared professionals, and individuals seeking impactful career opportunities.
