- Manage and coordinate software release and deployment activities, ensuring successful delivery across environments.
- Monitor system and service capacity, identifying and resolving performance or resource-related issues proactively.
- Assess, document, and implement change requests while maintaining alignment with established procedures and governance standards.
- Maintain secure configuration management processes, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of system and software configurations.
- Build, integrate, and deploy software components in collaboration with developers, testers, and technical specialists.
- Define integration builds, configure environments, execute integration testing activities, and support issue resolution.
- Maintain and optimize release processes, deployment workflows, and automation practices where applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate progress, manage expectations, and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance release efficiency, quality, and reliability.
- Contribute to testing, validation, and quality assurance activities within regulated environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional experience in release engineering, configuration management, systems integration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of release management, deployment processes, and software configuration practices.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as GxP, healthcare, financial services, or similar industries.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Understanding of UML, object-oriented concepts, data modeling, or process modeling methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced and time-sensitive environments.
- Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
