- Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for AI-powered Auto Safety solutions supporting emergency communication workflows.
- Identify high-impact opportunities through customer research, operational insights, incident data analysis, market trends, and feedback from public safety stakeholders.
- Use AI-driven methods to accelerate discovery efforts, including qualitative data synthesis, incident pattern recognition, and customer behavior analysis.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and measurable success metrics focused on operational efficiency, response speed, data accuracy, and safety outcomes.
- Establish AI product evaluation frameworks, including offline testing, online performance metrics, operational KPIs, launch thresholds, and rollback criteria.
- Partner closely with engineering and AI/data science teams to design scalable, reliable, and secure AI-assisted workflows and customer-facing capabilities.
- Define AI-specific product requirements such as confidence thresholds, fallback mechanisms, human oversight processes, and responsible AI standards.
- Drive experimentation initiatives including A/B testing, phased rollouts, feature flags, and continuous optimization based on real-world performance.
- Lead go-to-market planning and launch coordination with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and product operations teams.
- Develop enablement materials including product messaging, demo narratives, FAQs, release documentation, and customer-facing communication strategies.
- Monitor AI performance in production environments, including latency, quality, failure patterns, customer feedback, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, auditability, and regulatory requirements for sensitive incident and emergency communication data.
- Collaborate with legal, security, and compliance stakeholders to maintain responsible AI governance and operational readiness in regulated environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience leading complex SaaS or customer-facing technology products in mission-critical environments.
- Strong experience delivering AI/ML-powered products such as automation tools, decision-support systems, predictive analytics, or intelligent workflows.
- Proven ability to define AI quality standards, evaluation methodologies, testing frameworks, and measurable performance metrics.
- Experience partnering effectively with engineering, data science, machine learning, and cross-functional operational teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities including experimentation, instrumentation, dashboards, cohort analysis, and data-driven product decision-making.
- Experience managing AI product roadmaps, requirements, competitive intelligence, and strategic product planning.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, risk mitigation, privacy, and compliance considerations for AI-enabled products.
- Familiarity with security, legal, and operational requirements related to sensitive data management and regulated environments.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments where reliability, scalability, and operational excellence are essential.
- Experience in public safety, emergency communications, telematics, connected vehicles, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $160,000 to $180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
