About the Team

As a Solution Architect, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted technical partner for enterprise customers. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, enterprise architecture, customer transformation, and delivery execution, helping customers adopt AI-powered solutions and transform how humans and autonomous agents collaborate.

You will partner with executives, architects, product teams, and engineers to design scalable enterprise architectures while driving successful customer outcomes.

Role Overview

Solution Architects are strategic advisors and Neuron7.ai platform guides for our enterprise customers. They combine deep expertise in architecture, AI systems, and enterprise integrations with the ability to engage at executive levels and define solution vision.

This role sits at the forefront of the Agentic Enterprise, enabling customers to rethink operations through intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows.

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Architect with a track record of shipping 0 to 1 capabilities using new technologies.
• AI/ML Solution Implementation, Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Orchestration, Enterprise System Integrations.
• Customer-Facing Architecture & Consulting, Production Deployment Experience.
• Experience in System Integrations and architect robust data flows, Multi-Agent Orchestration
• Understanding of Frameworks and protocols (MCP & A2A), Guardrails & Governance etc.
• Ability to analyse and optimize business processes end to end using technology: From scoping through production deployment through adoption eventually leading to improved outcomes
• Experience guiding customers and project members in rationalizing and deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
• Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on Salesforce/ServiceNow Platform will be preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• B.Tech Degree or equivalent.
