This role is a senior, performance-driven leadership position responsible for owning and scaling paid user acquisition in a high-growth digital health environment. You will lead the strategy and execution of large-scale acquisition campaigns across key performance channels, with a strong focus on efficiency, scale, and measurable impact. The position requires deep expertise in scaling paid media in competitive US markets, particularly within telehealth, GLP-1, or weight-loss verticals. You will work hands-on with high-budget campaigns while continuously optimizing acquisition funnels, creative strategies, and bidding approaches. In close collaboration with product, analytics, and lifecycle teams, you will help maximize conversion rates and long-term user value. This is a highly analytical, execution-focused role for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and is comfortable operating at significant scale.
- Own and scale paid user acquisition strategy across core performance marketing channels in the US market.
- Lead hands-on execution across Meta Ads, Google Search, and YouTube, with additional oversight of CTV and linear TV where applicable.
- Manage and optimize large-scale paid media budgets while maintaining strong efficiency and return on ad spend.
- Continuously test and iterate on creatives, targeting strategies, bidding models, and full-funnel optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and lifecycle teams to improve conversion rates, retention, and overall user lifetime value.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive rapid, data-informed decision-making.
- Build scalable acquisition systems capable of supporting high-volume growth in competitive markets.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition roles.
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns in the US market.
- Hands-on experience in telehealth, GLP-1, weight-loss, or similar high-growth performance-driven industries.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Search, and YouTube advertising platforms.
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback period, and full-funnel attribution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large monthly paid media budgets (500K+ or equivalent rapid scaling experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities and scaling challenges.
