Unarmed Security Officer (Flex) in Reidsville, North Carolina at North State Security Group LLC

North State Security is hiring reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide on-site security services at a client location in Reidsville, NC. We are seeking flex officers to fill in when needed. This position requires strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to safety. Assignments may occur with short notice and include evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor client property and observe client activities to maintain a safe environment
- Monitor individuals admitted to client site and stay attentive and responsive to surroundings at all times
- Perform routine patrols
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or activities that may impact safety or operations
- Respond appropriately to altercations or other incidents
- Obtain statements, document incidents, and complete detailed reports accurately and professionally
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate sound judgment and reliability
- Ability to assist with additional shifts if needed

Qualifications:
- Prior security experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must remain alert and proactive at all times, including during overnight hours
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass all background checks
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
