The position is ideal for a strategic builder who thrives in high-growth ecosystems and has a passion for transforming emerging technologies into scalable commercial success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and scale the global revenue organization across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, customer growth, and revenue operations.
  • Define and execute a scalable commercial strategy focused on sustainable revenue growth, customer value creation, and operational efficiency.

  • Implement AI-enabled workflows to improve forecasting, account intelligence, deal analysis, pipeline management, and overall commercial efficiency.
  • Personally support critical enterprise negotiations, executive-level customer engagements, and strategic commercial initiatives when needed.
  • Develop scalable operational cadences and performance management systems that improve execution velocity and accountability across the organization.
  • Contribute to long-term business growth by balancing short-term revenue objectives with strategic market positioning and ecosystem expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven executive leadership experience building and scaling revenue organizations within high-growth technology, fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure companies.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, stablecoins, digital payments, wallets, and onchain financial ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise sales cycles, strategic negotiations, and global commercial partnerships.
  • Deep expertise in revenue operations, forecasting, commercial governance, pricing strategy, and scalable go-to-market execution.
  • Experience leading senior commercial teams within fast-moving, founder-led organizations.
  • Strong strategic and financial judgment with the ability to prioritize long-term value creation alongside short-term growth targets.
  • Experience integrating AI-driven workflows and automation into commercial operations, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational development skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in globally distributed and highly collaborative environments.
  • Familiarity with platform-based or ecosystem-driven business models is highly preferred.
  • Experience navigating periods of rapid growth, organizational transformation, or commercial scaling is a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first global work environment.
  • Competitive executive compensation package.
  • Industry-leading medical, dental, and vision healthcare coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match for eligible U.S.-based employees.
