This role supports the execution and ongoing management of a large-scale member benefits ecosystem within a mission-driven, community-focused organization. You will help coordinate vendor partnerships, ensure accurate contract fulfillment, and support the delivery of member-facing benefits across digital and in-person channels. Working closely with senior program leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence across partnerships and benefit programs. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will also contribute to improving systems, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall member experience. This is a remote role with occasional travel for key events and partnership needs.

Accountabilities
  • Support the daily management of active vendor partnerships by maintaining accurate contracts, timelines, deliverables, and documentation across systems such as Salesforce and Monday.com.
  • Track and manage member benefit inventory across multiple channels, including digital placements, email features, social media, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Oversee fulfillment tracking to ensure contractual obligations are met and promotional opportunities are properly executed and optimized.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound partner interest, coordinating intake, preliminary qualification, and next steps in the evaluation process.
  • Prepare and maintain due diligence and eligibility documentation, including updates during renewals or partnership changes.
  • Support onboarding of new vendor partners and coordinate setup processes across internal platforms and website systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support benefit launches, ensure accurate communications, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
  • Assist with reporting, operational tracking, and continuous improvement of partnership workflows and internal processes.
Requirements

This role requires strong organizational capabilities, operational rigor, and experience supporting partnerships or program coordination in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating across teams and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, nonprofit operations, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in business development support, strategic partnerships, account coordination, program management, or similar roles.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and tracking detailed workflows across systems and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, think critically, and adapt in evolving environments.
  • Experience with tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), project management systems (e.g., Monday.com), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Comfort working within mission-driven, inclusive, and equity-focused environments.
  • Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings and travel as required.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range of $65,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive health insurance with 100% employer-paid coverage for employees and partial dependent coverage.
  • Matching 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Generous paid time off, including parental leave and sabbatical leave opportunities.
  • Professional development support and reimbursement programs.
  • Remote work flexibility with occasional travel requirements.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven workplace culture.
  • Casual dress code and emphasis on employee well-being and authenticity at work.
