You will lead complex SaaS implementations for insurance organizations, helping clients optimize workflows and achieve measurable operational improvements. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding, integrations, training, and long-term adoption. The position combines project leadership, consultative problem-solving, and relationship management in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You’ll also play a key role in shaping product evolution by translating customer insights into actionable recommendations. Lead and manage strategic software implementations while serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the deployment journey, including:
- Driving end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market insurance customers, ensuring successful and timely launches
- Acting as the primary client-facing lead and day-to-day project manager across onboarding, integrations, configuration, and rollout activities
- Developing implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and communication strategies to support customer success
- Partnering with technical teams to coordinate integrations, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure seamless platform adoption
- Applying a consultative approach to identify customer goals, pain points, and opportunities for workflow optimization and automation
- Collaborating with Customer Success and training teams to maximize adoption, engagement, and post-launch performance
- Gathering customer feedback and translating insights into recommendations for product improvements and operational enhancements
- Maintaining proactive communication with both internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and project transparency
- Leveraging customer metrics, competitive insights, and industry best practices to improve implementation outcomes and support business growth
Candidates should bring a blend of project management expertise, client relationship skills, and strategic thinking in fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven environments, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, implementation, consulting, or client success roles
- Strong understanding of how business strategy impacts operational processes and technology adoption
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage executive and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including technical, customer success, and operational stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence, curiosity, adaptability, and an action-oriented approach to problem solving
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence
- Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 depending on experience and qualifications
