The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and preparing guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This role plays a vital part in delivering the exceptional guest experience that defines a Forbes Five-Star resort.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for every guest.

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to established luxury hospitality standards.
• Change linens, make beds, replenish guest amenities, and refresh guest rooms.
• Conduct self-inspections to ensure rooms meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Organize and stock housekeeping carts, supply rooms, and linen closets.
• Complete daily assignments and required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, and room discrepancies to Housekeeping leadership.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special service needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas and storage areas.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and support other housekeeping team members as needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, room attendant, hotel, hospitality, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
