This role sits at the core of shaping how innovative, AI-powered capabilities are introduced, positioned, and scaled across a fast-growing SaaS platform serving appointment-based self-care businesses. You will operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth, turning deep customer and market insights into compelling go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue impact. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will influence both what gets built and how it is brought to market. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where storytelling, execution excellence, and cross-functional leadership come together. You will help define how new product experiences land with customers and ensure they deliver measurable business outcomes. - Lead GTM strategy and execution for AI-powered features and marketing tools
- Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable product positioning
- Develop differentiated messaging that connects product capabilities to customer outcomes
- Partner with Product, Design, and Growth teams to influence roadmap and feature development
- Create launch materials and campaigns in collaboration with creative and content teams
- Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Support with storytelling, assets, and training materials
- Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to pricing and packaging strategies
- Analyze post-launch performance to refine messaging and improve adoption outcomes
- Represent the product externally through events and thought leadership initiatives
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Proven experience launching AI-powered or advanced software products
- Strong ability to define platform-level positioning and vertical SaaS narratives
- Experience leading end-to-end GTM strategies with measurable business impact
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- High attention to messaging quality, storytelling, and creative execution standards
- Experience in vertical SaaS or service-based industries is a strong plus
